Hallie Jackson. Jackson is an American journalist and political analyst. Hallie Jackson is the chief NBC News correspondent covering the White House and an anchor on several news shows for NBC cable. Her birthplace and upbringing was in Pennsylvania where she completed her bachelor's in political science at the John Hopkins University. After working at a couple of TV stations across Maryland, Delaware and Connecticut (affiliated with CBS), Jackson moved into 'Hearst Corporation' working from Washington DC for every one of their 26 stations. Following this, she was transferred to NBC News beginning in the year 2014, and then worked for the next year as a reporter at NBC Los Angeles. After that, due to her superb coverage of different election campaigns and the 2016 presidential election, she earned the reputation of being a committed journalist. She's an incredibly versatile and efficient journalist. A few of her biggest assignments include the reporting on the campaign for president of Senator Ted Cruz and exclusive interviews with prominent 'GOP' presidential candidates. Jackson was made chief 'White House reporter' by NBC in the year 2017. Jackson is the wife of Douglas Hitchner, and she has two daughters.
